Not all exercise is created equal! In the past I spent many hours exercising, and didn’t see the results I wanted. I just finished my 4th month of Victor’s 21-Day Fat Blast class. Each class lasts only 1/2 hour and based on the number of times I actually attended, I was averaging 8 hours per month of exercise. Not all numbers are created equal either. You can’t just look at the scale to see progress. As part of the class, Victor keeps track of each person’s body composition monthly. Although I could have been discouraged because I didn’t see much weight loss until the end of this month, each month my average percentage of body fat decreased and have lost more than 9 inches. Obviously, Victor knows exactly what to needs to be done in class to blast that fat!!

I grudgingly signed up for a 21 day fat blast session after encouragement from friends. After the first session I had lost 11 pounds! I found the group environment both fun and very supportive. Victor does a great job making everyone feel comfortable while still challenging each individual. I have just completed my third session and lost inches in all my body measurements and 18 total pounds. I feel great and am eager to start another fat blast session.

2009, for the 21 day fitness class left me a little apprehensive:

The answer is YES!
The 21 day fitness blast, changes the training every day. It is a total overall body workout.
One of the most important aspects I have recieved from the class is,how I feel-which is terrific!
