Hard Corps Group Training Program

Hard Corps is a strength and conditioning program developed for those looking for more of a ‘spark’ to their workouts! It is for those looking to workout in a group setting where we take no prisoners and no excuses. Hard Corps is a workout with a kick to it so there is no boredom factor here. We focus on getting real results fast and we have a blast doing it! This is a boot camp-like class focused on intense training methods that guarantee results in the shortest amount of time!

If you are striving to feel, look and be your best and want to do it with a group of friends (or others that are just as crazy as you) then Hard Corps may be just the fit.

A new program starts every month and consists of the following components:

1. Evaluation: Everyone begins with a fitness assessment on day one. This is used to assess current ability, measure body fat, identify strengths and weaknesses, critique postural assessment, etc. We use this as our baseline to measure progress and success.

2. Training: A variety of training methods are used in Hard Corps. Participants will be taking part in strength training exercises, speed and endurance workouts, plyometric and isometric exercises, flexibility training and a combination of all of the above that may put extreme demands on the body that are tried and true to produce results in the shortest amount of time. The same methods used to train our military will be utilized in Hard Corps.

3. Nutrition: During Hard Corps nutrition is of utmost importance so you can perform at your peak each and every day. Results will not be as great if proper nutrition is not adhered to. There will be nutritional consultation and guidance along the way for success in this area as well as the physical training aspect.

Hard Corps costs $200 per month or a $25 drop-in fee per class if paying per visit. Classes are offered Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5AM & NOON. You can come to as many or as few classes as you’d like. It is recommended to attend all 3 classes per week for the greatest and fastest results. Please call 651-702-3190 with questions.

  • $85 for an hour session for one person
  • $45 for ½ hour session for one personGroup Training
    (rates based on full hour session) $55 per person for two people that train together
  • $40 per person for three people
  • $30 per person for four people Hard Corps classes
    (Classes start the first Monday of every month and meet 3 times per week.)$200 per month or $25 per class to drop in Nutritional productsWe promote Advocate nutritional supplements.
