Water – H2O – Water – H2O

Drink tons of this every day and this is the simple but best thing you can do to lose weight and send healing to your body. This is so simple but I believe one of the biggest things people miss. If you drank 100 ounces of pure water everyday for 10 days straight I bet you would be amazed at how much weight you’d lose, how good you’d feel, how much natural energy you’d have and how good your joints would feel.

In my opinion, I think the majority of us are dehydrated. Dehydration leads to fatigue, irritableness, restlessness, slower metabolism (decreased fat burning) and more aches and pains due to muscles and joints not being properly lubricated due to the decreased water in them.

I am asked almost daily, “What can I do to drop weight quickly?” My answer 9 times out of 10 is drink more water. After giving you a fuller sensation it causes you to eat less and keeps that metabolism elevated (I know…I know you may have to take some extra trips to the bathroom but it will be worth it).
